Terms and conditions

Last updated: November 2, 2026.

These terms cover purchases on www.masterincreativity.com and the use of its virtual classroom. By buying, you accept these terms, the Refund and returns policy and the Privacy policy.

1. Who we are

Master in creativity is a project of Miqueles Asesorías y Producción Creativa SpA (“Creativa SpA”), Chilean tax ID (RUT) 78.302.292-3, Obispo Orrego 368, Ñuñoa, Región Metropolitana, 7750166, Santiago, Chile. Contact: mario.miqueles@masterincreativity.com.

2. What we sell

  • Creativity course (Online): personal access to the course in the virtual classroom (www.masterincreativity.com/virtual-classroom), with its units, exercises, challenges and final project. You pay once.
  • Creativity course (Book): the whole course as a 250-page printed book. Shipping isn’t included in the price.

Master in creativity courses are independent courses: they aren’t accredited by Chile’s Ministry of Education or any other education authority, and they don’t award academic degrees or titles. Each product’s page describes its content and what it includes.

3. Group purchases

  • You can buy several seats of the online course in one order.
  • The order email asks you for each participant’s first name, last name and email. We enroll them in the virtual classroom, each participant gets their sign-in details by email, and we let you know when it’s done.
  • You confirm you have the participants’ permission to share their details for this purpose.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars (USD$). The book’s shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
  • The payment methods available for your billing country are shown at checkout: PayPal and, for buyers in some Latin American countries, local payment methods through dLocal Go (card, bank transfer or cash). With dLocal Go, you pay in your local currency, at the exchange rate shown before you confirm.
  • Your bank or payment provider may charge its own currency conversion fees.
  • We never receive or store card details: PayPal and dLocal Go process them.
  • Your order is confirmed when the payment provider approves the payment. With cash or bank transfer, the order stays pending until the payment is confirmed, and if the voucher isn’t paid, the order is cancelled at no cost.

5. Access to the online course

  • Once your payment is confirmed, we send you access to the virtual classroom, usually within minutes. If it’s your first time there, you also get an email with your username and an initial password. If your access hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, write to mario.miqueles@masterincreativity.com.
  • Your account is personal: don’t share your username or password.
  • Access has no end date for as long as the virtual classroom is running (section 9).

6. Book shipping

  • We ship the book with Correos de Chile, within Chile and internationally.
  • Options: within Chile, tracked home delivery; internationally, standard registered mail or express, both tracked.
  • Shipping is charged per book, by destination and the option you choose, and shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Dispatch: within 2–3 business days of payment for copies in stock. When the book is printed on demand, allow up to 10 business days for printing before dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch: Santiago 2–5 business days, other regions of Chile 3–8, international 10–30, or 2–6 with express. These are estimates that depend on Correos de Chile and, for international orders, on customs.
  • We email you the tracking number when the book ships.
  • On international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the buyer.
  • You’re responsible for giving a correct shipping address.

7. Right of withdrawal

  • Creativity course (Online): no right of withdrawal. The course is a service that starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, when we send you access to the virtual classroom. When you buy it, you expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal: under Chilean law (Article 3 bis of Law 19,496 and its regulation) and, for consumers in the European Union, under EU consumer law. This is shown next to the course’s price and accepted at checkout before you pay. Once you’re enrolled, the course can’t be refunded.
  • Creativity course (Book): 14 days. You can return the book within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as set out in the Refund and returns policy.

8. Legal warranty for the book

If the book is defective (for example, missing or unreadable pages, or a binding error), you can choose a replacement, a repair or a refund within 6 months of receiving it, under Articles 20 and 21 of Chilean Law 19,496. We pay the shipping involved. The right of withdrawal doesn’t limit this legal warranty.

9. Continuity of the virtual classroom

The online course lives in Creativa SpA’s virtual classroom and is available to buyers for as long as the server is running. If the virtual classroom stopped working or the project ended for any reason, we’d tell students 90 days in advance and send them a copy of the course as a backup of their purchase.

10. Intellectual property and personal use

  • The course and book texts, exercises, rubrics, images and other materials belong to Creativa SpA or their authors.
  • You may use them for your own learning, and apply what you learn in your teaching or your work.
  • You may not copy, distribute, publish or sell them, in whole or in part, or give anyone else access to the virtual classroom, without written permission.

11. Liability

  • The course is educational: results depend on each student’s work.
  • We work to keep the site and the virtual classroom available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or because of third-party outages.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

12. Personal data

How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

Changes are posted on this page with their date. Each purchase is governed by the terms in force when it was made, which you accept at checkout.

14. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Chilean law, including Law 19,496 on consumer protection. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the consumer rights your own country’s law gives you. Before any complaint, please write to us: most problems are solved by email.
